"I don't usually write reviews, but this one was worthy for sure. I had some issues in the past with state farm ( a DUI ticket ) and told myself I'd not even consider giving them my money. That was many years ago and everyone deserves a second chance right? A very persistent but polite gentleman shot me a quote and honestly I said "no way". "Did you run my report before you sent that to me?" I said.
He replied... "Yes sir" and added he would run it again to double check. I had been paying too much at my previous agency. I won't mention who that is (Direct) 🤫 TO my surprise it was considerably lower and Mason being the nice guy got me all signed up and in minutes I was insured . This guy deserves a bonus at leas considering it was on a Sunday. He made me happier than I ever was and that sounds like I'm being paid to say that. I was. The savings is like a paycheck every month.
